LabCalls Lab Results

Because we understand your time is valuable, we use a LabCalls for automated test result retrievals, which allows you to receive your test results at your convenience. We believe this system is the most accurate and effective way for you to retrieve confidential information. We provide test results and leave personal messages for you in the LabCalls system. LabCalls will also confirm that you have received your test results.

How the LabCalls system works

At the end of your scheduled appointment, you will receive a card with your PIN, a designated LabCalls phone number, and a web address. The card will include the date and time when your lab results will be posted. You can retrieve you lab results at your convenience, any time after that date. For our records, LabCalls will also document and confirm your call.
